We offer insured shipping across the country. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, with delivery taking 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange a jewelry item?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Do you provide a warranty on the plating?
We provide a 6-month warranty on the plating of our signature collections. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include wear and tear caused by improper storage or chemical exposure.
