  Ensure the jewelry is in its original condition with all security tags intact and placed inside the original Ashok Jewellers velvet box.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure a tracked delivery.

  Refund Processing

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
